ALBION, REFINVERSE, Mitsubishi Chemical, and Japan Polypropylene jointly launched an initiative to build a new circular model for plastic packaging materials.
* Mass balance approach: A material balance management system in which multiple raw materials (e.g., fossil-based materials and recycled materials) are mixed to manufacture products, and the proportion of a specified raw material used (e.g., recycled material) is allocated to any given product.
