Collaboration Outcomes

HighChem successfully established fundamental manufacturing technology for Stereo Complex PLA (SC-PLA), a polylactic acid (PLA) with high heat resistance and durability, based on intellectual property acquired from Teijin. HighChem is exploring various possibilities for mass production and accelerating efforts toward real-world implementation.
This collaboration aims to promote the transfer of intellectual property and industrial revitalization.
